How the ACS Emergency Response Vendor Network Works
We support County and municipal emergency operations with comfort & hygiene stations, shelter infrastructure, and debris/waste services. When storms, hurricanes, or large-scale events hit, we need reliable partners ready to deploy.
Step 1 – Apply Online
Complete the short ACS vendor intake form with your service areas, inventory, pricing, and insurance. We review for emergency readiness and FEMA compliance.
Step 2 – Pre-Approval & Onboarding
Approved vendors receive an onboarding packet outlining deployment expectations, rate structure, and communication protocols for emergency activations.
Step 3 – Get Deployment Requests
During declared events, our team routes trailer, tent & waste orders to pre-approved partners closest to the deployment zones, with clear POs and dispatch instructions.

How are vendors paid?
All work is issued with a purchase order or written work order. Rates follow pre-agreed FEMA-friendly pricing. Payment timing depends on the customer (County/municipality or prime contractor), but our goal is fast, predictable payment cycles.
Does registration guarantee work?
Registration adds your company to our preferred vendor rotation. Actual work depends on event severity, location, inventory needs, and performance on prior deployments.
