Requirements for Joining the Comfort & Hygiene Station Network

- ✔ General liability, auto and workers compensation coverage (or approved waiver)
- ✔ Ability to provide time-and-materials or discount-off-MSRP pricing (no cost-plus) suitable for FEMA reimbursement
